Only after contacting CleanSands, Inc., will we accept returns on equipment, without damage and within 10 days of delivery. Freight charges back to our warehouse and a 19% restocking fee will apply. The unit must be repacked and in the original packing/pallet/crate, securely attached to pallet and crated, ready for pick-up. We will arrange for the pick-up with our Freight Carrier as soon as possible thereafter. When the unit arrives back to us, it will be inspected, to ensure it is without damage and in working order as when it left the factory. Only after inspection of the unit, a refund, less the return freight charges and the 19% restocking fee, be issued, no exceptions.
CleanSands, Inc. warrants to the buyer a standard Manufacturer's Warranty and warrants the equipment to be free from defective parts and workmanship under normal use for a period of 12 months from date of purchase. The warranty includes only replacement parts and not labor
