 The Delfino gas-powered walk-behind beach cleaner is a lightweight, cost-effective solution for daily surface cleaning on fine, dry sands with minimal larger debris, making it ideal for resort beaches.

Utilizing a drum drive and fin collection system, the Delfino is powered by a 5.5 HP Honda GX motor and weighs 397 lbs. with a 35" working width.  It's our most affordable mechanical unit.  While best suited for fine sandy beaches and areas, the Delfino's drum and fin design lifts and collects sand, which is then intensively sifted. This aeration allows the sun's UV rays to naturally dry and sanitize the sand. Notably, the Delfino has also proven effective in environmental disasters, helping to sift out hardened tar balls from sand surfaces.  Due to its design, we recommend the Delfino for use on sand areas with minimal larger debris.

Recognizing the benefits of rubber track drive systems—reduced compaction and increased stability—the Barracuda beach cleaner utilizes this technology to minimize its impact on the sand and enhance operator comfort.  Compared to older models, the Barracuda reduces effort and vibrations.  Its 5.5 HP Honda motor makes it an excellent choice for working in sensitive beach environments, and its size minimizes disruption to the sand.  It's also perfectly suited for maintaining beach volleyball courts. 

Designed for small to medium-sized sand areas, the Barracuda excels in soft sand conditions. Its unique design places the sifting action behind the drive tracks. This innovative approach means the machine drives on the sand before cleaning it, resulting in significantly fewer tire tracks and less compaction compared to older front-sifting models.  As the saying goes, "It makes sense to drive on the sand – then clean it, NOT clean it and then drive on the sand." 

The Barracuda effectively removes a wide range of debris, including plastics, broken glass, cigarette filters, syringes, stones, seashells, weeds, wood, pop-tops, hardened tar balls, and animal droppings from beaches, golf bunkers, and other sand areas. The intensive sifting action aerates the sand, allowing the sun's ultraviolet rays to naturally dry and sanitize it. This process helps eliminate harmful bacteria and is recommended by agencies worldwide.  By removing plastic debris, the Barracuda plays a vital role in preventing it from breaking down into microplastics, which are far more challenging to remove from our marine ecosystem.

The Barracuda 2.0E, a fully electric, rubber track drive walk-behind beach cleaner, is now available!  Based on the proven design of our Honda GX gas-powered Barracuda, the 2.0E shares similar dimensions and weight. 

Both the electric and gas-powered Barracuda models effectively remove a wide range of debris, including plastics, broken glass, cigarette filters, syringes, stones, seashells, weeds, wood, pop-tops, hardened tar balls, and animal droppings from beaches, golf bunkers, and other sand areas. The intensive sifting action aerates the sand, allowing the sun's ultraviolet rays to naturally dry and sanitize it.
